Damage during transportation: what do I need to do ? In case you receive your parcel in a damage condition, you need to make a reserve notification to the carrier, and send by fax within 3 days a letter to the carrier company and to AA notifying the damage.

Which are the main parameters to specify, if I request an AO product ? The necessary parameters depend on the product you are interested in. In any case, it is very important to specify the type of application, as well as to define and characterize the optical source (wavelength, diameter, polarization, power, divergence). In a second hand, it is important for us that you define the "philosophy" of your need: do you need a design to cost product or a design to performance one ? Is it for a large quantity or a single each ? What will be the environment....
Other parameters:
-For Modulators: rise time, extinction ratio
-For Frequency shifters: is it a fixed or variable frequency version, frequency shift value (+or-), rise time if necessary
-For deflectors: resolution or scan angle, way to drive (random access or raster scan)
-For Q-switches: wavelength, polarization, diameter, M², amount of losses
-For AOTF: wavelength tuning range, optical resolution, FOV, aperture
